jeremy Bloom's Wish of a Lifetime

Wish of a Lifetime was established by professional athlete Jeremy Bloom in 2008. He launched the foundation with a vision to initiate a cultural change by giving deserving seniors throughout America their ultimate wish. Bloom founded the foundation in living honor of his grandmother.
